Genie Alliance accepts payments via Pay Pal or via direct bank transfer and other payment options are also available as per client preference. Online payments will be processed by Pay Pal ecommerce systems or other modes of money transfer available. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
If you have placed an order with Genie Alliance but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact Genie Alliance as soon as you can. Genie Alliance will try their best to make any changes but they cannot guarantee that they will be able to do so, as your interior design order may already have commenced or be completed by our Interior Designer.
To cancel an order you must inform us within 24 hours after your payment by email. Once Genie Alliance has received your cancellation email and confirmed that you wish to cancel an order by return email. Any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card or other means will be re-credited to that credit or debit account or Bank account within 30 days of your order.
All Online Design Consultations will aim to be delivered within 15 to 30 days of receiving payment. Interior Designer Online Design Consultations will be sent to the email address given by you in your order.
Genie Alliance will not pass on your personal, credit or debit card details to any third party without your permission.
Our Interior Designer will rely entirely upon measurements provided by the client in designing the room and furniture layout and recommending items to be purchased by the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all measurements required are provided and that all measurements are accurate.
Genie Alliance and our interior designer will not accept any responsibility or any liability in the event that any recommended item does not fit the space as shown on the floorplan due to the client’s failure to provide any measurements and/or in providing incorrect and / or inaccurate measurements.
These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Genie Alliance and our interior designer does not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed products and services at any time and without notice. If an error is discovered in the price of the service/goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a service/product that was advertised at an incorrect price.
Genie Alliance has taken every measure to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, Genie Alliance cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in secure computer servers.
Genie Alliance and our Interior Designer shall have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
Genie Alliance offers no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the website. Genie Alliance will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.

For the purpose of supervision and consultation of the project Genie Alliance or Our Interior Designer shall be charging you a fee. Expenses such as Shipment expenses, loading, unloading other related expenses will be borne by you directly.
For the materials & labour expenses for the project, we will be forwarding a weekly or monthly statement of invoice & expenses which will be payable within 7(seven) days of receiving the statement by you.
Genie Alliance and our interior designer shall not be responsible for the quality, workmanships or appearances of the project/ material purchased by you other than specified in the project. The costing for the project will deviate if the finished item proposed in project is rejected or dismantled due to any reason. The budget will also deviate if items are not included in the project are taken into account or if items are increased earlier not included in budget. We shall not be responsible for untimely performance, quality or completion of the project for the work done by any other person not under our preview.
The price quoted for the materials are not fixed & are subject to change as per the market situation or any unforeseen circumstances. The budget may thus also vary if certain expensive materials are chosen instead of the ones specified for the project or any addition or alterations after the budget has been finalized & passed.
We shall not be responsible for any kind of legal permission (K.M.C/ Local P.S. )& any other obstruction from the local bodies. We shall not be liable to the you, and to the extent, that the performance or delay in performance of any of our obligations under this agreement is prevented, restricted, delayed or interfered with due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control, including but not limited to, government legislations, fires, floods, explosions, epidemics, accidents, acts of God, wars, riots, strikes, lockouts, or other concerted acts of workmen, acts of government and/or shortages of materials. The Client so affected shall use its best efforts to remove the cause of non-performance, and Our Interior Designer shall resume performance hereunder with the utmost dispatch when such cause is removed. We shall not be held responsible for any accident, injury or loss of human life in course of such project. Also Any cost incurred due to loss of materials or other losses during or after the Project is completed shall not be borne by site or our interior designer.
The entire project is to be financed by you. If there is a delay in payment for the statements and invoice raised on you can result in the delaying or complete stoppage of the project. You will be responsible to see that and access is granted to the designer or co workers to the site at any time. The client will also be responsible for issuing work order for the project.
The completion of the contract. In case the client will pay the designer for all the work done and expenses borne up to the date of completion.
By non performance of the contract. In this case a written notice will be served 10 days in advance either by designer or the client to terminate the contract. The client will have to pay the designer all expenses &fees till date of termination of the contract.
We will work with you in completing the project as soon as we have received signed copy of the proposal letter signed by you & received your order copy.
